Portland Assisted Living and Memory Center

“Happiness is not a goal...it’s a by-product of a life well lived.” — Eleanor Roosevelt

My name is Patrice Weber and I'm the proud owner of Portland Assisted Living and Memory Center.  I currently reside in Eagle, MI with my husband Darren Weber and our three beautiful children. I have been working in the medical field for the last thirteen years with a five year history of running a large internal medicine facility prior to entering the adult foster care community. My education is in business administration and public health. I am specially trained and certified to care for those with dementia and Alzheimer's disease as well as a CPhT for the past nine years.  I am continually training and taking courses in the medical field to stay up to date with OSHA, HIPPA, dementia and Alzheimer care, diabetic/brittle diabetic care, and contract with CMH and TCOA that offer further educational training for all of my staff. I love having an adult foster care center and enjoy providing amazing care to all the wonderful residents that I have had the pleasure of providing services for. In the past five years we have created many lasting bonds with many great residents, families, caseworkers, nurses and physicians that we work with. Being able to offer this in the community that I grew up in has always been a goal of mine and allows me to give back to so many amazing elderly residents that are from the Portland community.
